What does it mean to be a fully engaged disciple of Jesus Christ?  That’s what we’ve been exploring each weekend at Bethel…not to mention enjoying a little throw back to scenes from that cinematic masterpiece “Top Gun.”  This weekend we enjoyed a creative rendition of “You’ve Lost that Lovin’ Feelin” – I think everyone enjoyed it except the two ladies selected from the audience who were serenaded.   If you’ve missed these services, I encourage you to get them and listen to them.

Finally I’ve made the choice

Understanding that You require more

Life altering decisions will be made

Learning to depend on You in every way

Yielding to You, being transformed day by day

Entering into Your presence continuously

Never being without Your Light shining on me

Grace and mercy raining all around

Anointing me with a robe and a crown

Getting to be seated next to the King

Eternal life being granted to me

Determined to fulfill my destiny
